STUFFED CHICKEN ROAST

INGREDIENTS
3-3,5 kg chicken, boiled 2-2,5 hours

FILLING
1 set offals, chopped, except liver
1 glass breadcrumbs, without crusts
50 gr milk
175 gr minced veal meat
3 soupspoons butter, melted
1 coffeespoon coconut, grated
1 1and /2 teaspoon salt
1 coffeespoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten
3 soupspoons celery, grated
3 carrots, skinned, chopped
1 onion, skinned, halved
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 bay leaf
8 black peppercorn
3 soupspoon dry red wine
1/2 bunch dill, chopped
1 soupspoon corn starch

PROCESSING METHOD
– Put the all ingredients into a blender. Work until smooth.
– Stuff the filling to chicken’s breast with a wooden spoon. Stitch up.
– Put stuffed chicken onto an oven dish or a high-sided skillet.
– Place in the oven and cook.
