300 gr flour
1 soupspoon orange marmalade
250 gr butter
250 gr sugar
1 coffeespoon swetened vanilla
1/2 lemon rind, grated
2 egg yolks
– Beat the butter, swetened vanilla and lemon rind. Add the eggs and yolks one by one, then add the flour. Mix well.
– With a pastry bag or with a spoon, put walnut size portions of the dough on a buttered cookie sheet.
– Bake for 10 minutes in a medium oven.
– When the biscuits have cooled, stick them together two by two by spending a layer of marmalade between them.
