250 gr gound lamb or beef
4 medium size onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, peeled, chopped
1 soupspoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– In a frying pan, melt the butter and brown the onions. Add the ground meat, tomato and salt. Stir.
– Break the eggs over the meat when the juice from the meat and tomatoes has almost evaporated.
– Cover and cook 3 or 4 minutes.
– Serve at once.
