6 medium orange, halved
200 gr shrimps, boiled, kabuksuz, finely chopped
1 and 1/4 glasses rice, cooked
1/3 glass mango, chopped
1/2 glass almond, crushed
3 soupspoons oil
1 soupspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 coffeespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mint

– Put the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mint into a small bowl. Beat with a fork until smooth.
– Hollow the halved oranges with a knife and reserve orange rinds.
– Chop leftover oranges and put into a bowl. Add shrimps, rice, mangos and almonds. Pour the sauce and mix well.
– Stuff the halved oranges.
