FRIED EGG WITH YOGHURT SAUCE

SERVING : 6

INGREDIENTS
12 eggs
120 gr butter
500 gr yoghurt
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 soupspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper

PROCESSING METHOD
– Melt 4 soupspoons of butter in a frying pan.
– Break your 12 eggs into it, add salt. Cover and cook 3 minutes on a medium heat.
– During this time, melt 2 soupspoons of butter and add the red pepper.
– In another bowl beat the yoghurt well and add the crushed garlic.
– When the eggs are cooked, place them on a serving plate and cover with the yoghurt and then the spiced butter.
