AEGEAN SALAD (1)

INGREDIENTS
1/2 lettuce, chopped
A few spinach leaves, shredded
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
1/2 onion, cut into rings
1 green pepper, seeled and sliced
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped

YOGHURT DRESSING
180 gr yoghurt
60 gr virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A few salt
A few red pepper

PROCESSING METHOD
* Put lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and pepper into a bowl. Add yoghurt and mix well.
* To make the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, red pepper together in a bowl.
* Pour onto salad and mix well.
* Serve garnished with chopped oregano.
