INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons thick sour cream
A pinch salt
A pinch pepper
PROCESSING METHOD
* Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces and put into a serving bowl.
* Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
* Pour onto salad and mix well.
* Garnish with springs of parsley.
