RED SALAD (1)

INGREDIENTS
1 red lettuce
1 head radischio
125 gr red cabbage, shredded
175 gr cooked beetroot, diced
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, to garnish

YOGHURT DRESSING
2 tablespoon yoghurt
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
A pinch sugar
A few salt
A few red pepper

PROCESSING METHOD
* Tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces in a bowl. Add onion, cabbage, radischio and beetroot.
* To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, mix well with fork, add to salad and toss gently.
* Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds.
