BAKED POTATO STUFFED WITH CREAM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
1 big size potatoes

FILLING
20 gr goat milk cheese, crumbled
2 soupspoons cream
2 dessertspoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
60 gr butter, melted

PROCESSING METHOD
– Cut a lenghtwise part for 1,5 cm thickness of potatoes. Carve the inside with a spoon.
– Mix all ingredients in a bowl together.
– Add leftovers potatoes. Mix well.
– Fill the potatoes with the stuff.
– Bake the stuffed potato in the oven for 30 minutes.
