120 gr butter
500 gr yoghurt
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
A few salt
A few black pepper
* Melt 4 soupspoons of butter in a frying-pan. Break 12 eggs into it, add salt, cover and cook 3 minutes on a medium heat.
* During this time, melt 2 soupspoons of butter and add the red pepper.
* In another bowl beat the yoghurt well and add the crushed garlic.
* When the eggs are cooked, place them on a serving plate.
* Cover with the garnished yoghurt and then the spiced butter.
