PASTA WITH GARNISHED MUSHROOM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
750 gr pasta
18 glasses water

SAUCE
250 gr mushrooms, boiled
1/2 lemon juice
4 anchovy fillets
1/4 clove garlic, crushed
6 soupspoons butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 soupspoons parsley, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled, chopped
1 soupspoon flour

PROCESSING METHOD
– Boil the pasta in salted water for 7-8 minutes.
– Drain, cover with cold water and let stand 15 minutes.
– Put all ingredients into a blender. Work until smooth.
– Serve cold and garnish with parsley springs.
