SERVINGS : 6 Persons

1 and 1/2 kg mackerels
4 tomatoes
1 large size onion
1 large size carrot
1 celery root
150 gr butter
1 lemon
1 bunch parsley, chopped
2 bay leaves
3/4 lier water
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt

– Clean and salt the fish, then place in a hollow baking dish.
– Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the cut-up vegetables, water, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Cook on a medium heat until the vegetables are cooked.
– Pour the contents of the saucepan over the fish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Decorate each fish with a lemon slices.
– Bake for 40 minutes in a medium oven.
