GARDENER’S KEBAB

INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamb, cut in piece
4 soupspoons butter
200 gr green beans
100 gr green peas
20 very small size onions
200 gr zucchini squash, cut into large pieces
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch dill, chopped
1/2 coffeespoon salt
1 and 1/2 glasses water

PROCESSING METHOD
– Cook the meat in butter until it is nearly done, then add the onions. Cover and cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
– Add the chopped tomato, sliced green pepper, a glass of water and 1/2 coffeespoon salt. Cook 1 hour.
– When the meat is soft, add the squash and the green peas.
– When ready, sprinkle with chopped dill.
– Serve at once.
