1 kg lamb, from shoulder or thigh, cut into small pieces
2 green peppers
1 liter marinade
– Put lamb pieces into marinade, then leave in room temperature for 2 hours, turn few times, before the grill.
– Peel and seed the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces.
– Cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut into smaller pieces.
– Skewer a piece of meat, tomato, green pepper successively.
– Grill on a barbecue, 3-4 minutes per side.
