CELERY ROOT IN BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
2 kg celery roots
1/2 lemon juice
2 level soupspoons salt
6 soupspoons butter
12 glasses water

PROCESSING METHOD
– Add the salt and lemon juice to the water and bring to a boil.
– Peel the celery, cut in half and each half into half-moon slices. Boil the celery slices in the water for 1/2 hour.
– Drain.
– Saute the celery in the melted butter for 5 minutes.
– Serve hot.
